Deletion is permanent
Once an account is deleted it cannot be restored, and no copy of the account
is kept by AnySchedule. Institutional records survive, because they belong to
the institution.
What is removed
- Your profile: display name and profile photo.
- Your preferences: language, time zone, appearance, and notification settings.
- Your sign-in credentials, email address, and every active session.
- Your membership of every school, including any administrator role you hold.
- The stored copy of your profile photo.
What is kept
-
Schools, classes, subjects, teachers, rooms, periods, timetables, and
reservations that belong to a school. They belong to the institution and
stay available to the other members who rely on them.
-
A record that an account was deleted (no name, email, or profile), so
deletions can be audited.
Deleting a personal account never deletes an institution’s timetable.
The remaining members keep the week they depend on, and the audit record
contains no personal detail that could identify you.
If you are the only administrator
An institution must always have at least one administrator. If your account
is the only administrator of a school, deletion is refused until another
administrator is appointed; otherwise the remaining members would be locked
out of their own timetables.
The app names the blocking schools, and the refusal comes from the database
rule rather than from the screen: the same check applies whether the request
comes from the app or from the deletion form.
Backups
Backups managed by the hosting provider may still contain the deleted
data until the provider replaces them on its own schedule. AnySchedule
itself keeps no copy after the account is deleted.
No fixed retention period for provider backups is stated here, because the
hosting plan’s backup window is not recorded in this release.
Getting help
No support mailbox is configured for this release, so no address is
published here in place of one that nobody reads. The full description of
what AnySchedule stores and why is in the
privacy policy.
